Repository also connects with chat and modules where documents and file sharing are required. Chat communication module is superior because it is fully controllable by Admin or HR. Like mail, chat also is an authenticated medium as it cannot be deleted. It stays on server and any older communication can be retrieved on as many new device's logins as want. Chat goes from mobile to mobile as well as from PC to mobile and vice versa all at same time. It access media, documents and camera so file sharing is easy from mobile as well as from reparatory. Chat automatically groups members in a department. Rest with admin's approval person can communicate out form the group to another department. Group and members are all strictly managed by HR only.
